Secretary Teodoro named the former President of the Veterans Federation of the Philippines COL CESAR P POBRE PA (RET) as the Chairman of the organization, while MGEN ROMEO D ALAMILLO AFP (RET) as the VFP President and MGEN RUBEN L CARANDANG AFP (RET) as Vice President for Plans.
